Personalized and Sustainable Nutrition
Meeting you where you are and creating a customized plan to reach your health goals.
Christine Huntley, RD, LDN
Hello! Welcome to Sustained Nutrition, a private practice servicing the North Shore of Massachusetts and beyond.
I am passionate about nutrition and believe that food should be enjoyed! I am excited about the opportunity to help you achieve your personal health goals using a holistic approach that not only looks at nutrition, but strengthens all the pillars of health, including sleep, movement, and stress.
As a busy mom of young children, I understand the challenges of staying on a healthy path. Personal experience with a hectic lifestyle, stress, and insomnia opened my eyes to the importance of uncovering root causes in order to begin the process of re-balancing life. My goal is to help you find a healthy balance in your life while reaching and maintaining life-long nutrition goals.
I look forward to sharing my experience as a registered dietitian coupled with an interest in functional nutrition to guide and support you on your individual journey to better and sustainable health.
